Oh Thomas, Where Art Thou?

Hi everyone! So this is just one of those spur-of-the-moment diary-type posts I’ve decided to write simply to inform everyone why I haven’t been updating regularly.

You see, I have been battling these pesky little things called “exams”. And they’re winning. I have six major exams coming up in the next two months, and that’s excluding my final exams for the courses I’m taking in school. Typical junior year problems, I’m aware. The good thing about this is that now I can truthfully tell people that I’m busy instead of fabricating lies that I have friends.

Just wanted to let you guys know the reason why I’ve been busy so that you won’t assume I’ve abandoned you to go off and play with my fictional friends for no reason. In the mean time I’ll be responding to comments and messages from this blog and hopefully squeezing in a post or two. But, as I wrote in a post awhile ago,  I gotta keep my priorities straight, right?

If anyone has any questions for me, please don’t hesitate to ask in the comments or via a message. I apologize in advance for those who are angry that they’ve received an update for a new post when in reality they only got this sad excuse for a… anyway, I’m going to go do homework now. Bye!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I got my acceptance letter for a pretty prestigious program in the mail this week. I get to go study at a college over the summer, woo! And I have acquired some other minor awards too. Good stuff, good stuff. I hope everyone else has had a good week and will have an even better one starting on Monday!

  1. Woo congrats on the letter, and good luck with your exams! My blog is suffering somewhat at the moment because of the same reasons.

  2. Wait, besides the 3 APs, what are the other 3 exams? You have 6 too, we can be miserable together!

  3. Congratulations, that’s great news! Good luck with your exams, Thomas, and that’s okay that you don’t post as often as we’d all like, but you’re right exams come first and when – not if – you get your amazing grades you would not regret it. All the best 🙂

  4. Congratulations and good luck with your exams!

  5. Congrats Thomas!!! May you go places and amazing colleges. You work hard and don’t worry. We’re all here 🙂

  6. Good luck Thomas. But I bet you won’t need it.

  7. Not surprised that you got into that program, nice job~ -pats your head- :3 6 exams, eh? Is it the SAT, subject tests, and APs? I’m taking that, also 3 subject tests for some reason, and thankfully only the AP US History test. I’m also taking the ACT but I’m not really worried about that (just gonna study for the SAT lol). So I’m also taking 6 LOL. Good luck with all your stuff~ 😀 I’m still waiting to hear if I got into this Naval Academy program and also if I got a summer internship, so yeah. Back to my history review, see ya~ 😀

    • I actually dropped one subject tests, so I only took five – AP US History, AP English Lang, AP Psych, and the subject tests for Literature and US History. Thankfully I’m done with the APs so now I only have the two subject tests to study for. I hope you got into the Naval Academy program and good look for your summer internship as well!
